72 cards for a non commander deck seems like a recipe for heartache. I'd slice it down to 60 cards, with 20 lands.
I think I'd definitely move the poison tip archers into the main deck somehow.
Rampant growth might be a good addition here.

Eh, that's a tough one. I'd try a few combinations of both-2 and 2, or run it with one or the other for a few rounds.

A suggestion for a cut. Rite of the Raging Storm. My wife does a lot of life gain Commander decks, and often they generate life from creatures. And something the Shattergang Brothers could easily force you to sack-which for this deck if you roll right might not be a problem.
