To be fair it's basically just a fun little idea. The deck works like a strange twist on esper control. Instead it's Azorius control aggro. It's very simple the deck simply needs no other creatures. It easily stalls out until you hit aetherling or simply tron a Hero of Iroas. It's not a perfect deck, it's just a casual and different way of playing Azorius.
