Proclamation of rebirth sounds like a really good option!
I'll have to playtest to see. I think I really like rebuff the wicked in this deck but def nothing personal against you :P

Yeah, that's one of my favorites. I run 4 in my mono white turbo fog deck.

Some like Ethereal Haze for example just prevent damage dealt by creatures or some such like that, so I search for just text containing "Prevent all" and "damage"

Btw I found a lot more than 7 two-cost fogs. Not all of them are good, but some are pretty decent:
1 cost:
Fog
Ethereal Haze
Holy Day
Darkness
Undergrowth

2 cost:
Angel's Song
Batwing Brume
Blessed Respite
Commencement of Festivities
Constant Mists
Dawn Charm
Defend the Hearth
Druid's Deliverance
Energy Arc
Haze of Pollen
Lull
Moment's Peace
Pollen Lullaby
Respite
Root Snare
Tangle
Terrifying Presence
Winds of Qal Sisma
Deep Wood
Heavy Fog

Another interesting possibility is running Hana Kami. Very specific, but since Ethereal Haze is Arcane it can return that.
You could also play something like Brought Back to recur the fog creatures

Yeah the fog creatures are quite kill-able. Thats why I run stuff like eight-and-a-half tails, rebuff the wicked, and dawn charm (regenerate mode) in my turbo fog deck to protect them, although it costs quite a bit of mana so I don't know if the deck will ever be competitive. But I'm working on it haha

Thats an interesting idea about the fog. I've been working tweaking an old mono white turbofog type deck I made a while back in modern. Fog works, but you can also run Ethereal Haze or Dawn Charm and there are some creatures you can sac as a fog too like Kami of False Hope or Children of Korlis. Teferi's Protection and Angel's Grace are also fun options for that sort of strategy. Let me know how it goes!

I did some playing with Urza's Saga and you're right. This card is freaking busted haha.

Thanks for the suggestions!
I put together a tentative list that I can tweak and build off of.
I'll play test it and see what can be improved as I go.

I like some of your suggestions here but I think Tribute Mage or Trophy Mage would be a bit too heavy for just searching it to hand. Urza, Lord High Artificer seems like a really good choice since it allows 0 drop artifacts to produce blue. Could be good to include the myr galvanizer / mana myr combo for mana.

I like fabricate, I also think reshape could be good but I need to test a bit lol

I was thinking something like march of the machines, but Crank-clan ironworks could be a good one. the target format is more of a casual thing. I feel like this combo itself is too slow for a format like legacy. Maybe with enough ramp it could pull it off, but for now I'm just trying to get it in a working condition.

What kind of cards would you recommend for ramp here? I was thinking the myr galvanizer combo or some mana rocks or both, but I'm not sure.

After 3 turns. It's a little slow imo

I swapped the two field of dreams for 2 artificer's intuition because the field of dreams was there as an extra lantern of insight so to speak (to reveal top of libraries) but the artificer's intuition can just tutor the lantern of insight itself, or if I don't need it, go get something else.

That actually seems quite good in another deck of mine, but it could work here as well. Thanks!

So after playtesting against a friend I found I was getting flooded with return cards for the Evoke creatures and I think the 4 Ephemerate 4 Undying evil are plenty so I dropped the 3 Malakir Rebirth // Mire.

I found that I was really in need of some draw power, so in place of the Malakir I dropped in 3 Silent Clearing to give myself the option to sac them for an extra card if I need it. Might up it to 4 or possibly throw in some scry lands in the future if I still need more tempo.

I felt like my buddy lands (check lands) weren't getting that much utility and the fast lands would be a better fit for this deck so I swapped Glacial Fortress and Isolated Chapel of Seachrome Coast and Concealed Courtyard

Also I found Scytheclaw which I hadn't previously known about and thought it fit the deck better than Quietus Spike.
