This is a very fast deck that can slaughter an opponent in 3 to 4 turns minimum. It has a few options for dealing with the few creatures your opponent will pull out before they go down, and even ways to get around blockers and still deal killer blows.
Put out as much stuff as possible in the first few turns. There's plenty of 0 cost artifacts and affinity creatures, and all the lands are also artifacts, so your hand may be empty in 3 turns. Use Thoughtcast to sift through your deck faster, odds are most things you draw you can just slap down and not even have to tap a single thing. Now, there's 2 options for winning here. The first way is use Cranial Plating on either Ornithopter (if they have no flyers), usually killing them in 2 hits, or with all your creatures attacking, and use its 2 black mana 'attach' ability on an unblocked creature. If you need to, you can use either Shrapnel Blast or Irriadate to get rid of a nuisance or 2 that are in the way. Don't be afraid to use these on 1/1 creatures if thats all thats in the way, your opponent isnt going to last long enough to put out much else. The second way, is to use the beef of your Myr Enforcers and Shrapnel Blast on your opponent if you don't manage to get a hold of Cranial Plating. Just remember to be extremely aggressive, and your enemies wont be able to handle you at all.
