Are you sure thats all i should drop cause i only had 2 and it was still slow
There's probably other things to fix to make it faster, but that was the first thing I check for in a mono-black when someone complains about a lack of speed. Piranha Marsh is an awful card.
Im gonna go ahead and say that having 11 5 mana spells is too much.. I'd relegate the LoV to the sideboard and then drop either drana or the ob nixilis
Yeah i plan on dropping drana for either another blade or another nantuko shade im not sure on which on yet and possible throwing in some everflowwing chalice
Guul Draz Specter is no good in this deck imo, it's slow as hell. Drop the drana and get another Nantuko Shade , this guys in mono black is a real threat ! 21 swamp ,drop the marsh, at least. ( And 3x Cabal Coffers if you are not playing Standard) Drop the Grasp of darkness and add 1 Doom Blade. Drop the Malakir Bloodwitch , you don't have enough vampire for her to be useful ! Add 2 more Gatekeeper and a possible 1 drop or add 2 more duress. Maybe some Fetchland if you will use 3-4 Ob Nixilis. That's it , hope it helped
