Plenty of ways to win here. Can use spells in conjunction with Guttersnipe to deal direct damage. Can use Purphoros's ability and deal damage with the creature tokens from Young Pyromancer and Molten Birth. Use Master of Waves to buff the elemental tokens if Purphoros and the Guttersnipes didn't get to deal alot of damage. Also can combo Spellheart Chimera with Thassa's unblockable ability after your spells have been sent the the graveyard.

I am afraid you have misunderstood the use of Illusionost's Bracers. They can only copy so called "activated abilities". The only of such you have in your deck is Porphorus and Thassa. The abilities of Young Pyromancer and Guttersnipe are Triggered Abilities, and will not be affected by the Bracers.Still I think this deck could become pretty lethal :)
