Deck Description

This is a pre Gatecrash Dimir with a green splash. Blue for control and main mill aspect, black for point control and secondary milling. Green for fogging.

As of Jan. 8th, 2013, I have compiled a list of card that I want to find room in this deck from the released Gatecrash cards:
Dimir Charm : Sounds like a great counter and general mayham card
Duskmantle Guildmage: Life loss from milling?? Yes please!
Mind Grind: The next level of mill. Super overdose milling!
Whispering Madness: Cypher sounds amazing, but honestly casting this once sounds like a blast.
Nightveil Specter: If Hypnotic Specter could come back, he wouldn't be as good as this guy.

I'll add more once the set has been released. It also needs to be thinned out for standard play. Any suggestions as to what I can take out would be of great help. Thanks!

Deck discussion for Grave Tilling (Gatecrash Mill)

I'm also going to be building a Dimir mill deck once Gatecrash comes out. I know you don't want many creatures, but Lazav, Dimir Mastermind should definitely be one to look out for since he can steal any big creatures you mill out. Also, Consuming Aberration seems like an awesome finisher since he mills and makes himself stronger at the same time, and is aggressively-costed for such a great card.

Also, good to see that you have Duskmantle Guildmage in your "Wants" list. Have him out and play Jace on turn 5, then come turn 6, activate his 3-cost ability twice and use Jace's 0-loyalty mill 10 ability for game!

The only thing I'd be careful of is your deck size. 74 is a lot larger than usual, and can severely impact your draws and overall deck consistency. I don't know how things will turn out for mill decks, but you may find that green can be cut entirely, and if I really had to make some suggestions for removal, I'd say you can drop Codex Shredder, Sleep, Ghoulcaller's Bell, and Downpour without much harm at all.
