Ensure that your opponent will be unable to do anything until they are dead. The idea started as a Megrim discard deck but I ended up taking out the megrim and Liliana's Caress because if set up your opponent wont be able to cast anything anyways. Just set up Yawgmoth, Odylic Wraith, or Hypnotic Specter with a Viridian Longbow and ping them for one right after they draw a card preventing them from ever having a hand. Hymn to Tourach is to help reduce their hand to nothing faster and Shell of the Last Kappa can ensure that they wont even be able to use instants once you can spare 3 mana. Typhoid rats can be equiped with a longbow to snipe away any creatures they played before you get the combo out. Biggest issue I have seen at the moment is Viridian Longbow being the only source of ping but you would have to splash red in order to get other ping enchantments. Still the concept of having your opponent sit around for 20 turns with nothing to do is appealing.

You don't have a lot of heavy black costs. Splash blue and run something like sigil of sleep? It would also open up some more pinging options.

I don't think sigil of sleep would really help as in the test games I have played your opponent really can't do anything they just sit there and watch their life total slowly drain away turn by turn but its really limited in only having viridian longbow for ping. Though once the set up is complete its hilarious to watch your opponent rage about never being allowed to have a hand. The kappa shell could probably be taken out in favor of something else though and splashing blue for card excel that doesn't take life could be a good idea.
