I like it, dual lands, birds solemns and other ramp is needed but almost always I see this deck laying down a turn six titan, problem is what your enemy is doing for those six turns...

you nned some things to help you generate more mana, solemn is a good one, more lots of other artifacts that you can tap for mana would work too. I kind like this deck and might try making a similar one.
This deck suffers from it's mana costs, after testing a few hands of it I found the often you will have the mana to cast a needed spell but lack the right color (having 2 black and only one blue and vice versa) this hurts the deck, either work to make it more about one color or get more lands that get both black/blue
