Well you only have 56 cards. Not a bad idea but your mana curve isn't to great although you do have some mana accel. In standard i don't think this would be fast enough although if you replace the llanowar elves with overgrown battlement you will be better of because with just 2 of those in play both will produce 2 mana each increasing the speed of this deck a considerable amount and will keep it standard. Other than that it looks as though it could be pretty fun to play with.

Seething Song and Rite of Flame
take out atleast 2 dragon broodmother or 2 flameblast dragon. sorry but 8 creatures at 6 mana and 2 and 7+ is a little much for a deck with only 12 cards of mana exel. i'd say you should then add 2 rampant growth, and 4 dragon fodder/fists of ironwood, mainly because they are solid second turn cards and will give more fodder for helkite hatchling and your remaining dragon broodmothers. but it looks fun

-4 Llanowar Elves +4 Birds of Paradise. The elves can not make red mana for you, the birds can. just a thought.
also, look at your mana symbol occurance. you currently have 44 red symbols occuring in your deck, with 10 mountains and 4 crags. 18 green symbols and 10 forests with 4 crags. i would trade 4 forests for 4 mountains to help the abundance of red in your deck.
Wish i could replace the Llanowars with Birds of paradise but i dont have the money at the time. lol maybe once i get some. as for the land i took some of the forests out and added more mountains

Alright i had to take out the Rootbound Crags until i could actually afford them so i replaced them with the refuges
