i don't know if this deck or maybe your suicidal deck need it, but there is an awesome land called cabal coffers that rapes if you want more mana
this deck is bad most of your clerics are useless i don't get why you play blood celebrant since you play only 1 color and he doesn't make extra mana cause you have to pay B AND one life and once you get scion on the field it's too easy to destroy or counter try dash hopes? but even then they may pay 5 life
okay thealextheory, i have blood celebrant right now because what i want are four clerics for one black mana. they fit the bill. thats all i really have. this deck is what i actually have and play with right now. im looking to buy four other clerics that cost one swamp offline but i haven't found what i want yet. i only edit my decks here when i actually change them in person. and yea scion could be countered, thats the point of raise dead.
i know blood celebrants ability is useless, im trying to find four other cleric cards. and this isn't my best deck anyway, im still working on it.
Rather than Raise Dead to get your Scion in your hand (where it will be stuck without the mana to cast it) you might think about Exhume to get it straight back into play in case of a counterspell. It's very unlikely that on turn 2 anyone else will have something worse than him sitting in their graveyards.
very true. actually i was thinking about that problem i just didn't know the proper card to fix it. i'll need to look into getting some exhumes then. thanks.
