The deck is a lot like the Bloom Titan that Jason Cohen plays, but without the whole pact/mindhive combo. Instead you have Dromoka to assist you in bringing out large creatures with the fast mana base of the deck.
The idea is to ultimately get to play Dromoka or Titan using Bloom, and also bearing in mind that Primeval Titan coming in to play and attacking while you have a Lotus Cobra is going to generate a great deal of mana of any colour, allowing you to do even more things. I am still working out the sideboard (Banefire, Dawnglow Infusion, other X costed cards, and so on).
