Deck Description

The best possible draw for this is Emrakul, Scapeshift, Amulet of Vigor, Gemstone Caverns, Explore, Forest x2
-start with gemstone caverns out, turn 1 forest, cast explore, play another forest, cast amulet of vigor
-turn 2 draw a forest and play it, cast scapeshift, sac 4 lands and replace them with 4 clouposts, cast emrakul

Scapeshift lets you sacrifice any number of lands and get an equal amount of ANY land card in your library. If you have 4 Clouposts in the field at once, they can produce 16 mana total, for an 3rd turn Emrakul

Amulet of Vigor lets you scapeshift and cast a fatty on the same turn, as it lets the Cloudposts come into play untapped.

If you dont start with Scapeshift in your hand, you can probably mulligan once or twice until you do, since the game pretty much ends on turn 4 anyway.

Deck discussion for 2nd turn emrakul

Well I must say im impressed, I really like the concept of your combo. I too have been playing around with ways to hard cast Emrakul ever since his release and this is one of the most original ways I have seen. Kudos to you sir. Please feel free to check out one of my inventions 'The Rite to Emrakul', I would love to hear your opinion!

It does seem a bit vulnerable to counters though

You missed something in your explanation: you have to start second for Gemstone Caverns to start in play PLUS you have to remove a card from your hand from the game; therefore, for this to work, you next two draws have to be Forests.

Clearer and More Complete Explanation
*********************************************
Begin Game: Player goes second > Gemstone Caverns comes into play > Remove Forest from Game
Turn #1: Opponent plays out turn.
Turn #2: Draw Forest > Play Forest > Cast Explore > Play another Forest > Cast Amulet of Vigor
Turn #3: Opponent plays out turn.
Turn #4: Draw Forest > Cast Scapeshift > Sacrifice land (x4) and play Cloudpost (x4) > Cast Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
Turn #5: Draw [unimportant card] > Attack with Emrakul
Turn #6: Opponent plays out turn > Laugh at opponent's eminent defeat
Turn #7: Draw [unimportant card] > Attack with Emrakul > Victory dance

THAT is how this should play... in a perfect world.
