Hmm... Yea I guess I'll drop one of the growths for one of those. I just need to decide which to drop and which to add. Probably going to drop giant growth and add Leonin since it's cheaper, and most creature removal spells will target dreadnought anyways. The pumps are normally dead draws anyways since I only really use them since I already have a 12/12 trample, unless I feel I really need to end the game that turn.

Terramorphic is just awful. Just use 3 islands.

You really should keep it at 60 cards. For what to cut, I can't really tell you. My best advice would be to play a bunch of practice games in order to see what you draw to often when you don't need it.

I was going to start working on a deck for this guy. My idea was pretty different though, being more mill based. Either that or have some kind of merfolk aggro to hold anything off until I get Jin out =/. But since I already made an Elesh Norn EDH dech, I decided to make a deck for each praetor, going in color order.

Now for some criticisms, the first one I see is your lands. 40 is, in my opinion, the optimal number for a deck with such an expensive general, but you should run more non-basic lands, rather than just islands. I'm not too familiar with blue, so I can't really help you out with that, but I'm sure you can find some that will work for you really well. Also, you're running blue, you need more counterspells! you have a few, but not nearly enough. But for the very least, add in counterspell itself. I know I had a list of them all somewhere, but they don't come to mind. But so far, unless I missed something, that's all I see immediately.

Chronatog and frozen aether. During your opponents turn, activate chonatogs ability to skip your turn. This way, your opponent has infinite turns, but due to stasis and frozen aether, very limited to no resources to work with during them. this causes them to eventually mill themselves.

... This. This could work. I can't vouch for the entire deck, but you have actually given a use to chimney imp. Well done.

When I say primarily tribal, I mean you will have a crap ton of cats out for a lot of the game, so tribal cards would work quite well.

I don't see why decks like this don't include Elesh Norn. Once you get her our (which yes can take a while, and I even use her as a general, but hey it's a multiplayer format =P) all those 2/2 cats become 4/4's, practically doubling the total power you gain a turn. Also Crovax is good for an additional +1/+1, making them 5/5. Also, being primarily tribal, coat of arms, adaptive automaton, and door destinies all further buff up your kitties making them able to get out of control if they go unchecked for a few turns.

Elesh Norn might work to make already powerful creatures even more powerful, but only having 4 power herself, leaves it at an awkward place where you can't use Mayael to get her into play, so I'm not entirely sure on if it would work well in this deck. Also, sol ring is an amazing card in all formats it's unbanned in, and can fit into any EDH deck (replacing a basic land). Also, lightning greaves is pretty staple in EDH as well since if you can get it out, it protects your general from doom blade, go for the throat, and other spells of the like.

At least use relentless rats instead of ravenous...

Assuming you're not trying to keep it standard, Marrow-Gnawer and door of destines are great for making your rats stronger and can get more our of control quicker. Also, thrumming stone (I believe that's what it was) can help get out more free rats.

In a deck that is almost pure artifact, no reason not to run glimmervoid. Also, where is myr enforcer? If you have frogmite, you might as well throw in enforcer. Ancient tomb will speed things up, and taking a bit of damage isn't that big of a deal. Also, why no master of etherium? With the ability to get out as many artifacts as affinity, it's kind of a necessity.

Crovax? Elesh Norn? Also, adding in sol ring will help you get Akroma out faster if you can get it early.

You have one card too many. It's supposed to be 100 cards total including the general. Also, change the deck type from highlander to EDH to be more specific.

And like I said, I'm new to the format so I don't know all the bans.
