A Goblin Deck for my friend, I'd say a pretty standard one. He won't pay for any single cards that are $15 or up. It's mostly a deck against us casual High School boys, but as that guy who played MTG for 4 years and was thought by many veterans of the game who goes to Pro Tours, I'd say this could at least have a good chance against our local tournaments.
Basically Goblin Deck Wins, spawn tons of creature, hit hard. Massive Raid is a really good card cause you're spawning tokens w/ the Krenkos, Fodders, and Rally. Increasing Vengeance also helps a lot w/ spawns. It's either you burn them or all-out attack with 3/3 and up Gob tokens w/ mountainwalk.
