I built this deck around Hurricane a card i loved to use as a last resort to force a draw in another deck but this deck is purposed to build to either a hurricane or squall line with enough mana to end the game and survive. I loved to play this deck and it was the bane of my friends, who gave this deck its name, almost as hated as my terrorism deck but I had to sell it as many of the cards had become to expensive to hold on to however I am hoping to create a HQ proxy of it at some point. This deck also gave me a huge appreciation for angel's grace.
It is very simple the name of the game is to get elves onto the field, which will in turn give you mana, which will allow you to build to hurricane or squall line there are a couple of safety nets for handling troublesome opponents, like using ryhs to create a swarm army of elves and using that to end the game or glittering wish to fish for enchanted evening and fracturing gust to board wipe.
