deck is nice. a fast kill with a 1/1 of doom elf. but i have to ask.. why the side board? seems like useless cards that should either be main deck or never used. 3 cards that will screw you over are: trinisphere, the new one spell per turn lock down ( dont know the name), and global -1 to toughness spells. you should focus on making your sideboard geared towards stopping combos, like pithing needle or null rod, and killing artifacts that could hurt you. just my 2 cents though.

if you want to have a land destruction deck, you should run stripmine or wasteland and crucible of worlds. i would run 3 zo-zu and the totem may be replaceable with phyrexian negators ( i love those beat sticks). but crucible would be a card i would run main board for a land destruction deck.
