To win the game you use Azor's Elocutor, probabily with the help of Vorel.The strategy is to use fog like cards to prevent damage and the enchantments will help in stopping any the attack (except burn, which will be prevented with witchbane orb).

Indeed, I put two snapcaster mage now.
I REALLY like this deck (+1). Seems well built. I would only add another win condition. Maybe throw in a Jace, memory adept or even a mind sculptor (helps you dig more). Probably swap those with urban evolution actually as they accomplish similar goals (drawing cards) but give you the option to win. Only problem is they won't be protected by safe passage or riot control... Its a trade-off to consider though. Also I think you could use some more card cycling. Think twice is a great go to, azorius charm is actually better in your case so you can use it late game to stop up an attacker.
Maybe I could put Memory Adept and a couple of nephalia drownyard as a backup win condition.I tried to put two azorious charm on main deck, but I still haven't decide what to remove.
