Whats the goal with this deck? Is there a theme you have based it on? What is it trying to achieve?

It seems to be mostly based on a small, inexpensive creature core, combined with stacking the exalted effect, some enchantment based creature buff, and planeswalkers to enhance the creature base even further. But PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't use Elspeth. She's an incredibly overrated, overused, and broken planeswalker. Swap her out with Chandra or put in some more red spells instead. Oh, and try taking out the O-rings. It detracts from the deck focus. Try 2 Concerted Efforts and put in 2 more instants or Exalted creatures instead.
