I like the deck idea (I think R/W Human has a lot of potential right now) but I think that you have too many expensive creatures to take advantage of your 'when another human comes in to play' abilities. More specifically I would remove Cathar Crusade which I think is just expensive in an aggro deck. I would certainly think about adding Thatchers revolt for three instant humans that can give your deck that added impetus. Would also think about Unruly Mob as some humans that benifit from throwing away human lives. Also Lightning mauler is another cheap card that can speed your deck up.
