The point of this deck is to get out lots of little creatures and, hopefully your opponent will have some too, then blast everything with divine reckoning while kepping alive your blood artist/falkenrath noble, you gain lots of life and kill your opponents creatures/ life total. to finish the job is tragic slip/ oblivion rings to get rid of their one creature. also a side that you can have is unruly mob which can become vey big after your board wipe.

I wouldn't say this is Orzhov, the only card from the RTR block is Godless shrine.

This is orzhov because of the colors, just easier for people because its black and white
