Brimstone Volley only works for creatures that die. Arsonist was sacrificed not killed.

Ummmmm.... No. The new term for dying is a creature being put into a graveyard from the battlefield. Which includes sacrificing.
Yeah its simply when it dies plus you still have 3 Dmg if nothing dies, it's pretty heavy on mana that way but it's there if you need it
I'll bet if you bump the land down to 19, this thing would still run great. Or just take out 3 mountains and add in 3 contested warzones. They are invaluable in a weenie deck. Have you play tested it yet?
