I notice that you put Puresteel Paladin in here. The problem with this card is that YOU DON'T HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT. The card is completely useless without any equipment to activate its abilities.

Hate to break it to you, but you can't have 14 Abandoned Outposts in a deck. Only Basic Lands can defy the 4-copy rule.

Congratulations on 100 decks, though.

You're obviously not keeping this standard, so PUT BLIGHTNING IN!!! There is no reason not to have that card in the deck, and it's a freaking mean card. Also, creatures might be nice. I'd recommend anything with "Specter" in the name.

Good point there. That's definitely worth it if you take price out of the picture.

The only real flaw I see in this deck is that cards like Verdant Catacombs are completely useless in a one-colored deck. Sure, they let you search for a land, but the point of those cards is to get the type of land that you want or need for a certain situation, not just to get lands. In a solid green deck, it's better just to save the life, save the money (Verdant Catacombs is $8 minimum?!), and just use Forests. Apart from that the only problem I see is that you're not putting red in solely for Akroma, Angel of Fury.

You have six Imperious Perfects in this deck. Apart from that, looks as good as any other Elf deck, so pretty damn good.

Misty Rainforest and Scalding Tarn are completely useless in this deck; there's no point having cards like that unless you're running a multicolored deck. Sure, they let you search for an Island, but in this case it would be better just to put Islands into the deck and not waste the life or the space.

Mill decks aren't all about milling, you need some big defenders to keep you from getting killed while you slowly grind away at the opponent's deck. I'd personally get rid of the Drowner Initiate and the Mesmerist, they seem to be the weakest. I'd replace them with cards like Wall of Frost, Wall of Air, or Guard Gomazoa.

Also, as in any blue deck, you need counters. Cancel and Counterspell are always nice for this, but there are also cards that can help you more specifically. For example, I've won with Dream Fracture.

Some more mana would be nice, as the bigger mills tend to be a bit costly.

Have you thought about Ratchet Bomb? That would be pretty great with all the charge counters, and you need some real damage in this deck if you actually want to kill the opponent.

You should probably remove Bramblewood Paragon. It's great when you're running warriors, but you have a total of five in the deck, and the chances that you'll pull one of the two Oran-Riefs and the Bramblewood are pretty slim.
