Not a bad deck but it could use some improvement.

Jace has no use in this deck. You aren't milling and there are better ways to draw.

Walking archive is even worse. Even if you are lucky enough to be able to play it, you don't have enough cards in the deck to last very long.

The two general weaknesses of green are crippling here.
You have ONE card to deal with flying and that only helps for one turn. Blue has some good fliers that you can add like wall of air or thieving magpie, and there are some good green spiders to help too.
Your deck is creature-based. I could kill one of your creatures and completely short-circuit your elf growth. Blue is also good to counter things like that, but you don't have nearly enough of them. My Blue/White deck could Akroma's vengeance could kill every single one of your elves and i can still counterspell any of your three expensive counters.

Your deck is too slow and too weak. A fast deck could easily overwhelm your wimpy elves. Wall of air is still useful and elvish warrior is a good early game card. There are several other elves that can buff you enough to scare off an attacker.

Every elf deck needs a coat of arms. Especially when it can prevent a nasty earthquake or other mass damage spell.

It needs work but I think that it has the potential to be a very good deck.
