thank you i took a look and added some of the cards i felt would do well if you have other sugestions plz let me know.
Unless you want to keep this in extended format you should look into "Dragonspeaker Shamman" he is a 2/2 red human shamman for 1 colorless and 2 red mana with "dragon spells you cast cost 2 less to cast".
thank you for the sugesstion i took your advice into consideration and descided that if the deck wasnt running fast enough then i would board him in.
i would say add another heartless another sphere of the suns and look into either alloy myr or chromatic lantern. also focus ur dragons more. i get u want a range dragons but there is a thing as too thin here. u want to make ur opps quiver with fear when u let ur beasts fly loose, not laugh cause it doesnt change the game. i say 3 utvara, 4 molten steel, 4 steel hellkite 3 or 4 moonveil and maybe 2 balefire would be ur best set up. its an aggressive version of the deck. hope that helps.http://cardgametalk.wordpress.com/
