I made this deck because I wanted to turn one of my favorite decks into a cheaper "precon" version that people can enjoy. This version favors artifact recursion over board lock elements, even though a few are still in there. I chose to make this change in order for the deck to have the casual "precon" feel. I hope you all enjoy Kataki as much as I do after this. (deck still subject to minor changes)
Play Kataki as early as possible to slow down opponents artifact ramp and enable your artifact sac engine. Preserve board wipes for max targets. Try to set up portcullis or oblivion stone soft lock. Then beat down with mostly tiny creatures.
