Contamination – Nether Spirit Combo: Against non-black decks to Lockdown them. During your upkeep, you can sacrifice Nether Spirit in order not to sacrifice Contamination. If there is no another creature but Nether Spirit in your graveyard, you may return Nether Spirit from your graveyard to play. In this way, you will never loose any creature while Contamination limits the mana production of non-black decks.Suggestions: There are two Contaminations in this deck to avoid losing of it. Thoughtseize, Hymn to Tourach, and Rishadan Port are important to protect Contamination against Counterspells. Vampiric and Demonic Tutors will help you to retrieve the Contamination and/or Nether Spirit you need most at any given moment. Unearth will help you to keep your graveyard clean. Dark Rituals will help you to reduce mana costs. Also Volrath’s Stronghold can play an efficient role unless you reach Nether Spirit.
