Deck Description

This deck runs ENTIRELY on having Enchanted Evening on the battlefield. I was inspired to make this deck by an old friends deck that consisted of a couple Enchanted Evenings and Scours. From my experience it's a fun deck to play with friends, but nothing to play super competitively.

How to Play

As I stated before, this deck relies ENTIRELY on having Enchanted Evening on the field. That being said, about a third of this deck itself is enchantment fetch. I included a decent amount of ramp so the player is able to play Enchanted Evening as soon as possible. Once Enchanted Evening is on the battlefield, its play time, baby.

I included Scour so that I (usually) may target a land and have my opponent remove all copies of that land from the game. Echoing Calm is a nice two drop to wipe all of one type of land my opponent control or multiple copies of target creature or possible tokens (Be careful not to target a land or card type you control). Femeref Enchantress is a great card for when your destroying and removing their permanents, for each time you do, you draw a card. Yavimaya Enchantress has been a winning condition for me a few times, every permanent that is enchanted (by Enchanted Evening) adds to her buff. Usually she becomes about a 20/20 mid-game (keep in mind it's a static ability). Primeval Light has been the cause of many concedes. Once you wipe their board entirely, it's hard to comeback mid-game.

Fearing a Naturalize or a Reclamation Sage? Don't fret! I included two copies of Sterling Grove which will provide protection to all permanents (w/ Enchanted Evening). I also included a Greater Auramancy which gives your permanents shroud. So say you have two Sterling Groves or a Sterling Grove and a Greater Auramancy on the battlefield, then your permanents are untouchable! (Except for non-targeted removal) After taking a few burns, I included a couple copies of Worship. This way, if you control a creature, you likely won't lose by life total (except for direct damage such as Sign in Blood). Controlling a Sterling Grove, Greater Auramancy, Worship, Enchanted Evening, and at least one creature makes you basically invulnerable! Unless your opponent is hitting you with direct damage, playing a "win-the-game" deck, or playing super milling cards against you, you have nothing to worry about!

I enjoy hearing criticism! This deck will likely never be set in stone, I'm always down to listen to some suggestions. As I've said before, I know it's tagged in Legacy, but it's more of a "for fun" deck. I play it against my friends at our kitchen table over a few beers. It could be taken seriously I suppose, though I don't think it would last long in the format. If you have any comments or concerns, just throw a little blurb in the comments section below! Thank you!

...Also, I should probably mention to anyone who may play a deck such as this, you may experience; flipped tables, death threats, intensive cussing, and harmful words against your personal life. :( ...But what's Magic without making a few enemies out of your friends?
