Beacon of Immortality, Prescence of the Wise, and other life gaining spells could help. Reverse the Sands as well could help if you can't get out enough creatures or your opponent is using a burn deck. You could consider a few more cards with lifelink. Also, I advise the removal of Thoughtpicker, Mourning Thrull, Nekraatal, Blind Hunter, and the Orzohov Basilica.

Well, I always thought of a sliver deck as a creature deck. And without it being a all color deck, you probably wouldn't be able to bring out sliver queen, overlord, and legion.
