I tend to make really gimmicky decks but this one was my attempt to make something a little more straight forward with a higher emphasis on attacking creatures.I'm still testing this deck but it seems to be doing well so far.I only play Legacy.Suggestions welcome.Keep the theme of the deck going by using the Brainstorm and Counterspell I choose above. I like those ones because they look like snake people to me... and I'm a person who appreciates keeping the theme throughout the deck. :P
MECHANICS:1. Buff up Lorescale Coatl: Use LC's ablilty to gain +1/+1 counters by drawing cards with Coiling Oracle, Biomantic Mastery, Time Reversal, Snake Umbra, Sheshiro, Explore & Brainstorm.2. Disrupt Your Opponent:Time Reversal, Counterspell, Simic Charm, Winged Coatl.3. Buff or Protect Your Snakes:Kaseto ability, Sheshiro ability, Counterspell, Simic Charm, Snake Umbra.4. Mana Ramp Early for Higher Cost Cards, & get Forests/ Islands on Board:Coiling Oracle ability, Evolving Wilds, ExploreSIDEBOARD:While I don't have anything posted as of yet, I think you should probably include enchantment/ artifact destroying cards, and possibly more land.More testing needed.
