ok first off the deck looks fairly good but I think it would be faster if you removed the spikes for more slivers or changelings. in place of the spikes i would put ( 1 sliver legion, 2 sinew sliver, 1 shifting sliver and 1 more gemhide sliver) for good messure. In place of the Wings of Velis Vel I would have either Coat of Arms or Door of Destinies both of these can make your creatures huge quick i would put in 2 of each that way no matter what you have a good shot at getting one of them out.

coat of arms with changelings that was smart (2 changelings+1 coat of arms = 2 massive creatures)how ever with 4 coat of arms in the deck I think you could remove 2 glorious anthems along with 2 Gaea's anthems then maybe you could add some cards to either remove a threat from you opponets field wether it woul be an enchantment, creature, artifact or maybe even an opponets key lands just a thought other wise its a great deck! well done!
I would remove coat of arms and put door of destinies in its place so that only your creatures get the benifit
you should remove Coat of Arms for Door of Destinies
i would recomend door of destinies ,for every sliver you play after door of destinies they all get +1+1in other word if you play Door of Destinies and then play say 4 slivers all slivers on your side of the field get +4+4 which means even if your opponet plays slivers yours get +4+4 that thier slivers dont get
i think i would slim it down to 60 cards so you could draw coalition victory faster, i would also remove the non slivers except for maybe Teferi and thats only if you cant find a quick sliver to replace it. if that sped up the deck enough you could take outthe plague wind,conflagerate,and maybe even dismal failure depending on the people you play against in your area and the decks they use other than that great sliver deck for coalition victory.i would also take the land pool down to twenty
it seems to me that the deck is great exept for the high mana curve green is a great color for slivers but you still need to watch the curve lest you draw a had you cant win with i would recomend( 2 more gemhides ,4 muscle slivers , and maybe a horned sliver or 2) if you made that adjustment you would beat my 5 color every time just about but with that high curve theres no way you would win on a regular basis against my 5 color my curve is far lower than yours plus i have the right mana base
your deck could also highly benifit from a few coat of arms seeing that changelings are all creature types at once two changelings and a coat of arms equals major trouble for your opponent. just a thought
i would suggest door of destinies as well for the deck
i would add door of destinies to the deck it beefs up only your creatures
