Just standard Aggro-Control. Control the board, bring out your stompers like Meloku or Root-Kin. Always play Meloku after Frogling, always graft it and play it with two more mana open, just like the frogling.

The strategy behind this deck and your card choice seem fairly well thought out - but out of curiosity, why have you included 'Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers', and, 'Minamo, School at Water's Edge', in your land selection? Their activated abilities only apply to Legendary creatures, which, aren't relevent to the deck you've constructed. My advice would be to include more basic Forests to bump up your 'Vinelasher Kudzu' or either 'Novijen, Heart of Progress', or, 'Simic Growth Chamber'.
