The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
So many +1/+1 counters your head will spin A great trick is to build up a ton of +1/+1 counters on Winnower Patrol, then use Fate Transfer to put them onto Joraga Warcaller. If you've got a couple Bramblewood Paragons out, plus an Oren-Rief, your Joraga Warcaller could be giving all your creatures +8/+8 as soon as it enters the battlefield... If you play your cards right.

I personally think you should switch Elvish Warrior with Nissa's Chosen [that's just me personally.] Immaculate Magistrate would be also a nice addition for counters, since this is your main focus-having counters. Add in more fate transfers, and I say everything else is pretty good.

Try adding Nissa Revine, and try replacing Gilt-Leaf Palace with Golgari Rot Farm.
