Voltaic Key is one of my favorite cards and generally gets considered in all my decks but does not get in here because it is required to tap, therefore only has one use per turn,where this combo as it stands is limited by mana. I do like the Boomerang idea and yeah i have no idea about the mana in this deck, looking at it, its probably excessive. Although once the Academy is out, all those Mana Artifacts then double as destroying a permanent each time you tap the academy.
