The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

This is my best deck, bar none. Very straightforward. Originally built during Onslaught block and have since made a few slight changes now that I'm back to playing again.

It isn't let out much, my buddies absolutely hate it. Probably weak against red direct damage, but after turn 4 most of my guys are strong enough to withstand anything and combo well enough to remove/lockdown the game.

Let me know what you think.

Deck discussion for Soldiers Galore

I like the deck a lot, bet it was a beast when Onslaught was around but it could use a few updates.

Despite being 1 more to cast I would go with oblivion ring over Disenchant because it can answer so many things, enchantments, artifacts, creatures and planeswalkers.
I see no reason not to run 4 honor of the pure instead of shared triumph, its mana cost is easier to pay since you run daru encampment and it doesnt help your opponent.
I would go with Field Marshal over Soltari Champion and Rhox Pikmaster.
Gideon's Lawkeeper may be a little better than Whipcorder.
4 Path to exile would probably solve more problems than Deftblade and Righteousness.

Good luck with the deck!

Here are 2 very different soldier builds you can take a look at if you like.

Thanks man for the ideas, as soon as I get my hands on some more honor of the pure they will definately be heading into the deck,. Field marshall is also a great option.

I like Path to exile, but one of the main reasons I run a deftblade is for his ability to provoke, and then use the catapult squad do do direct damage prior to combat damage. Worse case he's still a 1 drop that ends up being a 3/4 or worse by turn 5
