Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

Creature Destruction
Use creature abilities to destroy opponents creatures, and use Extirpate/Surgical Extraction to exile all copies of creatures destroyed this way from opponents graveyard/hand/deck; use Lobotomy to exile cards opponent still has in hand (and all copies thereof that are in his/her hand/graveyard/deck), thus thinning your opponents deck. Also after destroying your opponents creatures you can attack your opponent without opposition. If your opponent isn't using a creature based deck, use Extirpate/Surgical Extraction/Lobotomy to thin the opponents deck while you attack them.
