Someone please explain how tribal ever helps, ESPECIALLY Tribal instants/sorceries (Tarfire).

You're welcome!

I "cut" the cuts to 3 because I don't necessarily want it in the opening hand; I want it when the grave has acquired a bit of fodder. I didn't really like the addition of incremental growth due to its clunky mana cost.

I like the towershell... he stays (: and who knows, besides for making kin-tree a 9/9, he might be a big surprise in attacking! He does, after all, swing for a quarter of starting life. A well placed cut with a swing from him and the 9/9 Kin-tree could very well end the game.

Back on the topic of getting damage through, Despise and Secret are really your other removal. Turn 1 despise will target your opponent's early game creatures, or their more defensive creatures. Secret is, well, it's mind rot. If you haven't been on the business end of a Mind Rot, then you should know that it pretty much shits on any plans you had with that hand. And the self milling for 2 really isn't an issue at all. This deck isn't intensely digging through the deck; just a little bit. And being a defender deck, I'm not really counting on much hitting the grave besides that and the sorceries.

The deck is in the mail as we speak, so I will definitely post up the results of the initial playtesting.

No I wouldn't. They do the same thing but Rakshasa's Secret mills me for two which adds fuel for delve.

There is an elf cmc2 1/1 that tutors for an elf when it dies... that could be good. Probs better than Glissa

Won't know until I test it, but I think the fact that this deck has speed, versatility and most importantly, consistency, will win more matches than if I had tried for a jeskai build. And cheaper. Lands be expensiiiive

It's not counterburn; there are no counters. It's really just heavy burn splashed with blue to draw cards. 2 Steam augury to draw and simultaneously fuel dig through time/ treasure cruise. It's kind of heavy on card draw, intending to never run out of cheap spells to throw at everything. It's also got swiftspear, rabblemaster, and prophetic flamespeaker (with titan's strengths); the deck is trying to overwhelm from different angles of attack. Nothing swiftspear into a burn or titan's strength turn two (:

It's DEFINITELY the issue. I've been working on a red/blue burn deck that is much more fun to play, and decided to invest in that one instead.

A couple of things I'm gonna nitpick you on...
You've got Essence Warden in there for lifegain, with no practical way of making elf tokens to maximize value. Why not run Wellwisher instead?
Another thing: you've got two playsets of legendary creatures in there. While I can see why you would want to run four, you may find it to hinder you more than it helps you. It's very likely to run into more than one copy in a game, leaving you with a dead card in your hand.
You're also going to need more mana fixing if you want to play Thoughtseize on turn one, and be able to play your double green/double black creatures on time.

I don't like it yet, but I could (:

Damn dude, Titania is the shit! Here are some cards you could use as well

Ember Swallower
Keldon Firebombers
Tectonic Break
Tremble*
Boom // Bust*
Deus of Calamity
Keldon Arsonist
Raze*

Yeah I've been reading Benjie's articles on his villainous wealth deck, and I really wanna play it. I don't have any of the cards in that deck though, and I'm in budget mode, playing U/W heroic with only basic lands. I'm done with that... I felt like it got boring to play with very quickly. Villainous Wealth seems like it would give a simply awesome feeling every time it resolves.

I was kind of wanting to take out a murderous cut and a meandering towershell, and you make a good point. Bumping up to 4
