Yeah, I kinda realized that, and yeah it feels very whore-ish. But I did it, and how I have my first hot deck on the front page right now. Worth it!

Thanks to everyone for helping me get my first deck to the hot page! I love the community.

It kinda does, but after a few proxy runs it seems to work a lot worse than I expected.

I was lucky enough to get mine at 2 bucks a pop, and even got a japanese print (:
I was gonna order this set last night but crap is it expensive. mostly the eidolons!! And yeah I can imagine it wrecking in legacy, or even modern. I was watching a modern game with Owen TurtenWalk earlier today and on his first turn he used probe, fetch for shockland, serum visions and was already at 15 life turn 1. Eidolon could be very punishing indeed

I have seen his decks but only on the hot page, I never looked at his collection of lists. I guess now I'll have to! That's some pretty crazy shit. How do you even get so popular?

Glad I could spread some joy this holiday!

the fact that you can dump your hand on turn 1 is really just the coolest thing ever. Turn 1 progenitus and griselbrand? Good game hahaha

Dredge is an ability that replaces your draw step (or any occurrence of you drawing a card). Instead of drawing the card, you mill yourself for the dredge number and then return the card to your hand. It's a very powerful ability, and creates awesome synergy (Consuming Aberration, Delve, "equal to the amount of creature sin your graveyard", grave selection, etc.) The only thing is that there are very few dredge cards, which is a huge bummer.

The graveyard is your second deck! Every play around with dredge?

I like the Mer-ek Nightblade, Incremental Growth, and Tuskguard Captain route. I wasn't really trying to play around with +1/+1 counters but now I'm thinking of making the sideboard transformational with those cards. Turn it into a deck all about counters. Throw some Hardened Scales in there!

Nonsense. I value creativity over efficiency when it comes to non-competitive! Not to say your decks aren't efficient, heh

Who doesn't like huge creatures made of synergy? As one of the best deckbuilder's on mtgvault I'd greatly appreciate if you took a stab at my most recent budget deck. It would mean a lot to get some critical feedback.

and as always +1 for this deck!

Hi NorthernWarlord, I like your decks. You have great deckbuilding skills, and for that reason, I come to you in search of council.

I think this is a great idea for standard but it needs some kick! Budget all the way. Take a look for me?

Monogreen has always been my favorite type of deck, so I'm always excited to see new lists. This looks awesome. Building if I can. +1

I loved this deck so much that I made it! It works great and I can't wait to take it to tournaments. Now I want to try it up against my newest brew of the archetypes.

How will this match-up end up?

Might I suggest contaminated bond in your sideboard for more creature hate?
