An Agro/ Tempo build based on using a combination of Prowess creatures and Jeskai Ascendency.
Play out the creatures as fast as you can and use the instants to clear a path. The ascendency allows me to cycle redundant cards and boosts my prowess guys. The untap function also twins well with retraction helix.

I would suggest seeker of the way over whirlwind or bloodfire. Since you are creature heavy, 1 or 2 aqueous forms would be great.Also, treasure cruise for budget draw.

I'm trying to avoid white where I can however the treasure cruise sounds good but what to take out?
Seeker is an amazing card! But yes you would have to go white. Not using white is going to hurt your deck strength, though. I'd take out those whirlwind adepts, they are just not good. Jeskai windscouts are better than both the bloodfire experts and whirlwind adepts. Think of both hordeling outbursts to trigger jeskai ascendancy and treasure cruise in the place of whirling adepts. 2xhordeling and 1x treasure. If you can find room for 2x treasure and 3xhordling I'd do that.
