every time I see a life gain deck, I have to make sure people know about it.

yeah I didn't think about the price. that would almost double what you have now. yikes. I search amazon like daily looking for deals. There is a local shop that at least once a month I hit up.

felidar ftw! i've won a couple games with it XD and it's also a good combo with angelic accord, since each time you do dmg with felidar, you get an angel.

Have you seen wall of reverence it's like $3 but its really good in this deck. Also wall of glare with spirit mantle. Lastly wall of essence for some more life gain.
reverence and essence are pretty cool. glare with mantle, eh, why not wall of swords? glare's multi-blocking ability is pretty sweet though.
The point is to block all of their creatures and take 0 damage.

maybe you should try to to splash some blue into this deck, there are plenty of defenders that are really good like wall of denial, fog bank/ guard gomazoa, gomazoa, and plumeveil. if you did add blue, i would take out armored ascension and put in some counter spells. ooh another addition, although not defender, is Azor's elocutors.

also forced worship would be nice since it's reusable. try that with courtly provocateur, then you could force the opponent to make you gain life

Yeah, Chalice of Life, Angelic Accord are the win conditions of the deck, I feel pretty safe at the moment with them. I have a lot of defense in the deck, so getting the chalice flipped or angelic accord out and start pumping angels out.

Maybe try cradle of vitality or vigil for the lost. Well of lost dreams is only 3 if that's not too much.
if you were to block a 3/3 with guardian of the pride, could you use the cradle of vitality's ability and make it a 3/6 before damage is dealt??

Tcg player has the cards for really cheap if you need them. I would try to use as many field enchantments as possible instead of just targeted enchantments, that way they can't just kill the creatures.
You should get Riot Control, or Holy Day.Check my archangel deck, you could get some ideas too =)
Honestly, if I were you I would think about getting Guardian of the Gateless. Its a 5 drop card that allows you to block an infinite amount of creatures and get +1/+1 for each creature she is blocking. That can be useful in a deck like this. Basilica Guards may also be good, you could play spells and then extort that to cause damage to your opponent. Wall of Reverance should be looked at for sure with this deck. Blind Obedience is kind of cheap, allowing you to Extort your enemies and have them bring creatures and artifacts in the game tapped. Boon Reflection is good for doubling the amount of Life you get to make those effects faster. Conclave Phalanx may be a good addition if you get a lot of creatures out there. Feudkiller's Verdict would be a nice addition for this. Timely Reinforcements, a just in case card.I also recommend some token generation, as I have found that tokens make a very solid defense if they can continue to keep coming. Then I think if you go blue also, maybe add some Flicker into the deck. Just a thought.

Depending on whether you want to focus on control or life gain, green is going help alot more with the life gain.

Np, you might want some sort of rootborn defense against field wipe. That seams to be a big week spot.
You can try one of my favorite combos of all time:Palace Guard + Ghostly Possession
Wall of Glare + Spirit Mantle is equivalent only difference is zero damage to and from versus zero damage from creatures but still does damage if buffed, for some reason, so they would need damage spells to make yours better, otherwise they are equal.
