Deck Description

This is a Capsize/Stasis deck. The basic method of using it is to get out your Stasis and then Capsize it back to your hand just before your last opponent ends his turn. In this way, you get an untap phase whereas all of your opponents do not.
All of the creatures in this deck fly and also do not have to tap to attack. This means that, even if your Stasis does remain in place, your creatures won’t be affected and you can keep attacking with them whereas your opponent probably won’t.
The big problem with this deck is getting out enough mana in order to cast Stasis and also the Capsize (with buyback) each turn. To do this, you will need three blue mana and five of any other color. The Sky Diamonds will hopefully speed up the process.
Dream Tides is wonderful here as well.
