hmm interestin idea, u have 1 too many copies of distortion strike, lifelink, and devoted retainer lol i would probly suggest taking out iron myr for alloy myr. 1 mana more and lets u use it for any color.

not a prob. if u r meaning rules for deck building, i dont think there is on this site. but u can go to magicthegathering.com go to trading card game and it will give u the rules of everything in the game. im guessin ur a new player?? i would also drop lifelink and lava axe for some lightning bolt and ponder. i would suggest 3 of each and toss in 2 evolving wilds to help balance things out some.
Last year my buddy gave me a blue artifact control deck that got me many wins. Then m uncle gave me his entire collection from his multiple years of playing. I taught my bro with my red dragon artifact deck and he is pretty good ^^ so I will make this one for him.

There I added moonveil dragon and it seems to add up. Sorry but I have to have a way or two of getting back my life. Lifelink on Balefire dragon is sick if you put it all together. Say 6 damage to player = 6 damage to every creature he/she controls, then its 6 + 6X where X is the # of creatures that opponent controls. It's a life ramp. At least I think it is,.. Haven't had time to verify with the rules yet, but the idea is awesome.
well with it being more aggressive u wont need the life gain lol. i also dont think ya need 4 of each dragon maybe 1 moonviel and 3 max for balefire. other wise i would find some seething songs to add some how. i have used many diff dragon decks and thats the hardest part gettin them into play. its deff commin together a lil better though.
I like it. Very nice. :). Not sure why the vulshok battle gear though. All in all looks like fun to play.

Whispersilk Cloak could be useful on Balefire. I would also try adding in a couple more land or other ways to get your dragons into play quicker, maybe Iron Myr. Oblivion Ring or Journey to Nowhere could help with and indestructible creatures.
i guess your real problem is 1) getting the balefire dragon on the board quicker, and 2) protection for your dragon My suggestions are Quicksilver Amulet, if you're worried about CA rather than tempo from seething song, and also getting countered, and maybe a few counter spells too just until you attach a Whispersilk Cloak to a Balefire Dragon?
I was trying to decide weather or not to have whispersilk and/or distortion strike... I tossed in batterskull for a two hit kill with balefire.. Five turns of just blighted agent is a win.. Blighted agent with batterskull is only a two turn kill... I need a mana ramp or a card like dark ritual... Maybe drop devoted retainer for silver myr or a red creature with tap for mana.... Thanks for all the suggestions though ^^ I am stubborn about some of my combos...
