Under $30 Vampire Deck according to magiccards.info I am going up against my other friends mono color under $30 decks in a star magic format. My deck is over by $3.23. If you can, help me get it under while keeping it good. Otherwise, what do you think?

Hi, Try another flyer like Liliana's Specter. Also I like Guul Draz Vampire over Viscera Seer. The Gull Draz seems stronger in the later turns. although it is fun to look at your library top card and put it on the bottom. To start your side board x4 Grasp of Darkness. seems like a lot of gold for a $30 deck 16+ rares. Good luck in your game.
