I like the idea. However, you should drop the ripper, scrapper, butcher and gwyllion. Try using stuff such as firespout, flame javelin, and stigma lasher. Also, you can try stigma lasher and fulminator mage for the sideboard. Scar might help here. Please check out my decks and leave comments.

I think you got too many creatures, try to get in some Puncture blasts and puncture bolts. And please check out my deck i just added some white in it! (its also and necroskitter control deck)
i like it but u need spells that give -1-1 counters add spells like puncture blact nad bolt plz comment on my decks
