The deck works off of Drowner of Secrets and Ink Dissolver. An Intruder Alarm or a Merrow Commerce can speed up the milling. When I get some cash to blow on a casual deck I might make the following changes: -1 Shapesharer, -1 Wellgabber Apothecary, -1 Merfolk Wayfinder, -1 Plains, -1 Merfolk Mesmerist +3 Intruder Alarm, +2 Judge of the Currents, +1 Stonybrook Banneret.
Nothing complex, the only tricky question is when to play Summon the School when you have a Drowner of Secrets in play.
