Base Concept: Use Sands of Time to disrupt normal flow of operations in opponent's deck(s). Concurrently, use the altered tap/untap situation to your advantage by untapping cards which normally are difficult to untap. Thoughts: 1) Jangling Automaton to cause opponent's creatures to Untap, so that on his turn they all become tapped. 2) Protection for Jangling so that it doesn't get insta-zapped. 3) Pumpable permanent to sink mana into before my turn so that all my lands are available every turn. 4) Core of the deck is an Artifact... what colors to use for spells?
