To make any golgari counter deck you are definitely goin to need a couple slitherheads, and drop a farseek or two (they are not as good as you think), i would also remove a couple strangleroot geist's and a silverheart, and you would definitely need a couple jarad's orders because they cost almost the same a a diabolic tutor but they get a card in our hand and in your graveyard (helpful in a deck like this), and you shud also take a look at my golgari counters deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=410844
Play this build a few times you'll see it works very well, and those Farseeks let me gain a turn in mana which wins me games. this deck is a 5 mana win deck. if i drops the Strangles then the 2nd and 3rd turn 2-6 damage burst is lost which also has won me games. I like your build however, seeing this in play i've outpaced 5 out 6 aggro decks and forced control decks to empty their hands for those hasty beats. only to see Strangles and Dregs buddy up with silverhearts for i kill
