Yeah it is definitely gonna be a huge main-boarder in blue.
You won't get to play Jin-Gitaxias if you don't reanimate it or if you don't have the spells to counteract the recent decks' speed. If you want to draw, you coul substitute it for Consecrated sphinx, but 10 mana will take a while to find, and tezzeret's gambit won't help you find that much lands. Also, you need mana leaks instead of the cancels
