I named it the way I wanted to. What's wrong with it?
Think Twice just seems like a better spell than Desperate Ravings. in fact since this is modern, Serum Visions, Gitaxian Probe, and Telling Time also seem like better options.
That might be lol I just kinda slapped this one together in like 5 minutes so it wasn't a vigorous process at all xD
you could add seat of the synod and great furnace, and you could also us shrapnel blast and/or galvanic blast
The artifact lands are banned in Modern though ;-; but definitely consider the burn spells
