Basically prevent damage until you have the Laboratory Maniac and Leveler in hand and play them in that order. Laboratory Maniac let's you win when you draw and no cards are in your library and Leveler removes your library which in turn lets you win! Place filibuster counters on Azor's Elocutors until 5 or more and you win the game. Elixir of Imortality to keep your library fulll of spells and i sideboarded blue counter spells for those pesky burn decks. All comments appreciated, Thanks. Oh yeah it's a budget deck too!
